1. Dr.D'Pankar Banerji

Consulting Gynecologist and Infertility specialist.
Dr. Banerji is a qualified gynecologist and IVF expert, He
has a special interest in reproductive endocrine and fetal
medicine. Managing 50 to 60 cycles of IVF and ICSI every
month.
MBBS and Masters in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Medical
College Jabalpur in 1989. Started practicing reproductive
endocrinology and infertility since 1992.Working as director
of Reproductive endocrine ,infertility and invitro
fertilization at Ideal Fertility and IVF center since 1996.
He has helped hundreds of couples struggling with
infertility realize their dream of having children. He has
an expertise in treating recurrent pregnancy loss,
endometriosis, menstrual disorders, fibroids and endocrine
and other reproductive health problems. He has started his "
Foundation for research in Reproduction and Genetics' in
2001. Under this foundation he is imparting training to many
of upcoming infertility specialist regularly. He publishes
his news letter on " Reproduction and Genetics" every month.
In this news letter his latest achievements and research
programs are published. He runs a yearly summer course on
Medical biotechnology comprising Primary tissue culture,
Molecular genetics and Embryo biotechnolgy for University
graduate and Post graduate students.
He is a member of European society for human reproduction
and Embryology. He is a member of Federation of OB Gy India
and life member of Indian society of gynecological endoscope.
2. Dr.Mrs. Rinku Banerji

Molecular Pathologist and Embryologist
Dr.Rinku is a qualified Patholgist. She done her MBBS and
Masters in Pathology from Medical college Indore . She is
Practicing embryology and Acting as Lab Director since 1996.
She specializes in molecular pathology and cytogenetics. She
is expert in growing fertized eggs in blastocyst cultures
which allow unto five days ( instead of two-three days)
before embryo transfer.She has an extensive experience in
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection. She is actively involved
in training university students in tissue culture,chromosome
harvesting,PCR ,embryology and gamete and embryo
cryopreservation. Her lab is ISO certified.
3. Ms. Usha :
Working as a big help in our lab. She is an expert in IVF
lab and operation room technicalities.
