October 31 has been established as World Fetus Day, by Dr. Banerji; a day dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the unborn child. Around this day every year a one-day conference called FetusCon is held which invites delegates and speakers from all over the country to discuss advances in Fetal Medicine. He constantly strives for excellence in the field and is planning on expanding the setup toward pre-implantation genetic testing to fight debilitating genetic disorders.
